MontgomeryWard has an incredible Selection of Draperies that you can buy Online. Remember to measure your Windows from where you will hang your Drapes to where you want them to 'fall'. Generally, an inch or two diagonally from the corner of the Top Corners of the Window Trim. If you are measuring before the Trim goes on around the Window, make sure to make allowances for that.
I love Drapes because they add a lovely Elegant look, or they can be more Casual. I used Sheers on all the Windows with Elegant Curtains to bring a sense of continuity throughout the house. Also, I love the Scarves that go over the Drapes at the Top -- they really give a polished look to the Windows. Very nice!
