I started this Website, www.buildyourownhouse.ca, about 4 years ago... I think that's about right... hard to remember these things! I did a lot of the Writing before I had learned how to use the computer (or even had a computer...), thinking I would get it published into a Book. Well, I happen to live in Canada, and if you aren't one of the Seven Authors they already have, and you don't write about the Bitter Prairies (the irony being that I live on the bitter Prairies...!) in the Old West, or somewhere in Montreal, you can pretty much count yourself out of the Canadian Publishing Market. (Can I use the word 'bitter' one more time in this paragraph, since I think it can apply one more time...? No? Okay. Let's just say I look forward to getting back to the States...)

Anyhooo, I made the Big Decision to put my Writing on 'da Net', which seemed like a very good way to get my work out there without me having to beg or plead with anyone (except for the occasional Webmaster, but mostly I do all my own work on the site, now -- there's not enough gin in the world to wait for other folks to do my bidding... ha,ha,ha!) (Or maybe there's just not enough Gin in the world... but that's probably another story for another time, like maybe tonight around nine-ish? Let me know if you can make it...!)

This is my favorite new thing, Super Apprentice... I purchased it about a few weeks ago, and I have already figured out to do the one thing I have been struggling to learn for at least 5 years. No kidding. You know how I do all the writing for my Site, right, and manage the whole thing myself?
