Barbequed Veggies
This is a really fast and easy way to prepare your Veggies when you're having a BBQ Meal.

Wash and Slice the Mushrooms. Put the in the middle of a piece of Tin Foil.
Sprinkle with a wee bit of Olive Oil and Montreal Steak Spice. You can add in a couple of dollops of butter, if you like.

Same thing for the Peppers. It's nice to mix all the colors together -- it looks really pretty.
You can use this method with pretty much any Veggies -- really like Green Beans done like this, and Snow Peas, too. It's good to experiment in the Kitchen to come up with some easy and tasty meals for yourself and your family!
